As the property boom of the last few years reaches its peak and begins to level off, we are seeing more properties being taken back by lenders, and offered as foreclosure properties. This is not creating the fall in prices which many people sere predicting, as there are two factors which are helping to hold market prices up. Firstly, the banks are realising only too well that repossessing properties should be the last resort. If people can be helped through their problems, that will be a better solution for everybody.
